Crabmeat Casserole

What's really neat when you read Grammy's recipes, is you realize-- she knew how to cook. Many of her recipes are simply lists of ingredients with a couple of notes. She often doesn't have oven temp or cooking time as is the case with this casserole. I guess we have to learn by trial and error :)

Crabmeat Casserole
8 oz crabmeat
4 oz cubed cheese
1 cup skim milk
4 oz diced bread
1 tsp. mustard
8 tsp diet margarine
sprinkle paprika

Soak bread in milk.

Thats all to the recipe, but of course we now have to decide what temp and length of time to cook it. Sometime I'll look up a similar recipe and post it...unless someone else gets to it before I do.
